Cancellations/Reschedules
Cancellations/Reschedules: Please let your tutor know as early as possible via email (preferred), phone, or text if you want to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 2 hours before the beginning of the scheduled session will be billed for a full session. Any cancellation or reschedule made between 2 and 48 hours before the beginning of the scheduled session will be billed for half a session.
*Workshops or other special sessions may have different cancellation policies.
No-Shows: Any session missed without notification prior to the scheduled time will be billed for the full session.
Cancellations due to technical issues with Online Tutoring: If a session is missed or cancelled because of computer problems or internet connection issues on the student's end, you will be billed for the full session. If a session is missed or cancelled because of computer problems or internet connection issues on BLE Tutoring Academy's end, you will not be billed for the session.
Multiple missed sessions/cancellations: If you're signed up for regular weekly sessions and you miss or cancel 3 or more sessions during the course of a semester, we reserve the right to cancel your future sessions so we can offer the time slot to a student who needs help on a more regular basis.

Billing
For new clients, all payments will be via credit card. Credit card information will be stored electronically following the strictest PCI guidelines. The credit card on file will be used to pay for each session at or after the time of the session. Some workshops and special sessions may be billed at the time of sign-up.
Clients can request a statement of billing history for no additional fee. Statements will be delivered via email.
For current clients that elect to pay by check: At the end of each month, invoices will be emailed to the address specified on the sign-up form. Payment is due 30 days after the invoice date. If payment is not received within 10 days of the invoice date, then a late fee of 25% of the invoice amount will be applied. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check.
